选项分析：

(A)have been priced to sell, and they are

【错误】 见(C)。

(B)are priced to sell, and they have

【正确】 “they do”是“they do sell”省略后的结果。

【大意】 为了降低他们的库存，意大利酿酒商已经降价了;他们的酒被降价销售，且他们确实把酒卖了。

解题思路：

本题只能靠句子意思的分析得出答案。分号之后的部分本意是“他们(意大利酿酒商)的酒被降价卖，并且他们确实卖。”。因此一般现在时的“are priced to

sell”语义合理，而且“they do”是强调句“they do sell”唯一正确的省略方式，因此只能选择(C)。
