范文1：

OK, to commence with, I'd like to say something about what the toy is. And I

guess I'll choose my Lego sets, which were prevalent among children in my

childhood. We can still find a lot of them on sale in supermarkets these

days.

Next, in reply to who gave it to me. If my memory doesn't fail me, I received

them as my birthday present from my father when I was six or seven years

old.

The third point I want to make here is why my father gave it to me. I don't

think there was any obvious motivation to do so. Perhaps he just saw them in the

shop window by chance and he wanted to give me a surprise. And the fact was, I

really felt surprised and excited at the moment I received them.

Finally I'd like to explain why the toy means to much to me. I really have to

add that it was the very Lego set that provided me something interesting to paly

with. And it also helped me build a strong practical skills, which are negleced

to a great extent in our local shools. Additionally, I consider it to be more

than just single building blocks but the symbol of love from my family

members.

The toy I’d like to talk about is a toy bear ,I mean ,a teddy bear which my

uncle bought for my 6th birthday from USA.It’s very cute with brown skin wearing

a T-shirt ,shorts,shoes and a hat with his name on .

Besides ,it’s high-tech ,I mean ,it’s electronic.When you touch his hands,he

would say :“how are you doing” ,when you touch his head ,he would say “ I like

you”.it’s so amazing that attracted me a lot for the first time .

I loved it very much ,no matter where I go ,I just carried it with me because

actually I didn’t have many toys to play with at that time.As for me ,I treated

it not only as my playmate but also as my baby brother ,you see ,I’m the only

child in the family .

Now I don’t need it any more ,but I still put it in my bed ,each time when I

look at it ,it would remand me of the happy childhood .what’s more ,when I feel

sad ,I ‘d like it to near me so that I can feel better .It’s important to me

,coz it was something that helped me through my childhood ,stopped me from being

lonely,and allowed me to feel empathy for something.
