1.不脱鞋就上床

生活大爆炸我看完以后有个疑问。“美国人回家都不脱鞋子的?就这么穿着鞋子踩上沙发甚至上床?”美剧里经常看到谢耳朵跟莱纳德往床上就这样一躺，我已开始以为是穿帮了。我还跟一个美国大爷朋友聊过这个发现，不过他的解释是美国家里大多有地毯，鞋子穿进家里，蹭蹭就干净了。美国人在清洁地毯上倒是花了不少钱!我记得中国的爷爷奶奶们倒是很喜欢给沙发、电视、冰箱都搞上保护套和塑料膜 Maybe some of you guys have already discovered something from American TV

series that people don’t even take off their shoes every time they get on bed.

Usually when an American guy needs to cuddle or just lie down for a while, he

just falls on the mattress, simple as that. It is somehow considered unhygienic

in China. Why is that? Well first American people believe that all properties

are only here to provide services, and they have a relatively rich life, so they

don’t really care about a single stain on their couch or a shoe print on the

mattress, they can go to a laundry shop or do the laundry themselves. Secondly

it’s because environment in America is relatively cleaner than China, there are

not that many cases of severe smog issues and air pollution and less litter left

on the road, not that I mean there are no dirty neighborhood in the States at

all.

Check out that chick man, Shorts and hoody man, don’t you think it’s still

chilly outside? Who cares? I’m gonna go talk to her, see if I can cop a feel you

know what I’m saying.

2.一年四季喝冰水，冬天照样穿短袖

美国人一年四季喝冰水,即使是在气温零下的时候,

在星巴克里点冰咖啡的也大有人在。美帝人民并没有“坐月子情况下不宜喝冰水”的概念。美国女生在生理期照样喝冰饮;甚至生完孩子就立刻喝一大口冰水解渴!美国人穿衣随意，在大冬天很多年轻人仍然是短袖T恤，降温时就裹一件大衣，加上一条牛仔裤就可以过冬了。在初冬的纽约街头，常常可以看到不少职业女性都是光腿穿着职业套裙外面穿着厚大衣，还穿着露脚背的高跟鞋，上半身和下半身的温差还是很大的!

No doubt American guys are physically strong, they dress casually. You can

always see people in shorts ,skirts, T shits, sun tops all year round, if it

gets pretty cold or in the northern states they put on coats . Maybe it’s also

because they got heat indoors everywhere, and when they need to commute they

just go outside and hop in a car, they got heat in the cars right? So cotton

clothes, thick outdoor jacket, not that necessary.

3.汉堡配 Diet Coke

最美国的食物就是汉堡配可乐。可乐是美国人发明的，是用来治头疼的西药;后来发现加了糖以后很好喝，就被拿来当饮料卖了，再后来就风靡美国乃至全世界了。街上的胖子越来越多，聪明的美国人坐不住了，就发明了一个Diet

Coke(健怡可乐)，热量比一般的可乐减少99%。

Diet Coke, is a sugar-free soft drink produced and distributed by The

Coca-Cola Company. BecauseDiet coke does not use a modified form of the

Coca-Cola recipe, but instead an entirely different formula. The controversial

New Coke, introduced in 1985, used a version of the Diet Coke recipe that

ingredients. In 2004, Coca-Cola introduced Coca-Cola C2, which it claims tastes

much closer to Coca-Cola but contains half the carbohydrates. In 2005, the

company introduced Coca-Cola Zero, a sugar-free variation of regular

Coca-Cola.

4.夏天也穿UGG?

UGG就是雪靴。《生活大爆炸》第一季第一集的时候，当时就很纳闷：大美女Penny为什么穿着短T和热裤，脚下却踩着一双

UGG?来了美国以后才发现，美帝人民夏天穿 UGG根本就是一个传统习俗嘛!好吗?UGG

选用上等的一体真羊皮毛能够吸受靴子里的湿气，如同人的肌肤一样自动调节并优化靴内的穿着内环境。因而，无论是在寒冷的冬季还是酷热的夏季，脚部都能一样保持干爽与舒适。

UGG boots is a term for a unisex style of sheepskin boot. It is not first

developed in the States though, but in Australia and New Zealand. The boots are

typically made of twin-faced sheepskin with fleece on the inside, a tanned outer

surface and a synthetic sole. It is first designed to wear for warmth, and were

often worn by surfers during the 1960s. Now it is popular all year round in the

States because sheepskin absorbs moisture inside the shoes. You don’t want you

to smell like feet do you?

5.早上洗澡

据说他们选择早上洗澡是因为他们的体味重，每天出门必须先洗香香。又或者希望自己通过洗澡开启清新活力的一天!(怎么听上去像沐浴露广告)

American people’s shower habit is a little bit different form us, I still

remember what my mom used to say: Go to the shower before bed time, other wise

you won’t sleep well! In addition to shower before sleep, American people also

like to shower right after they get out of bed in the morning. My friend says 4

out of 5 American people prefer a shower before they go to work if they have

time. It will take the edge off, and help get ready for a whole day’s work. I

tried it, it felt pretty good actually, you may wanna try too.

Showering is common in Western culture due to the efficiency of using it

compared to a bathtub. A shower also uses less water on average than a bath.

Normally showers have a showerhead connected to a hose that has a mounting

bracket. This allows the showerer to spray the water at different parts of their

body. A shower can be installed in a small shower stall or bathtub with a

plastic shower curtain or door.

6. 中国人比狗狗多，美国狗狗比人多

美国人爱养宠物似乎已是“名闻世界，誉满全球”了。美国人几乎家家养狗样猫，他们会让猫狗进卧室，上床一起睡觉，一日三餐，好肉伺候。

The Labrador Retriever, also Labrador, is a type of retriever-gun dog. The

Labrador is one of the most popular breeds of dog in the United Kingdom and the

United States. It’s also a favourite disability assistance dog in many

countries, They love being around people, and they are friendly to adults as

well as kids, they are quite intelligent, so they are frequently trained to aid

the blind, those who have autism, to act as a therapy dog and perform screening

and detection work for law enforcement and other official agencies. They are

both cute and athletic, although when they are young they behave a bit

annoying.

Labrador Retrievers are registered in three colours:black, yellow, and

chocolate. So you if you happen to have bought a “white” Labrador with dots on

it, well.......breed is not everything, as long as you love it.

The poodle is a group of formal dog breeds, the Standard Poodle, Miniature

Poodle and Toy Poodle.

The Poodle has a wide variety of colouring, including white, black, brown,

silver, gray, silver beige, apricot, red, cream, sable, and patterns such as

phantom and brindle.

Teddy is actually a shave style of toy poodle.

7.给服务员小费，哪怕你买的就是服务

在美国给小费是一个很常见的现象，从餐厅吃饭、坐出租车、让酒店工作人员帮你拿行李等等，都需要给一定数额的小费作为给对方劳动的一个认可和补偿。大部分情况是占你消费数额的15%左右。当然你可以根据这家餐厅/酒店的高级程度，服务的质量有所调整。但是不给小费一般是一种不礼貌的行为，而且会让你成为不受欢迎的客人。
